Tips Limited To A Percentage Less Than Jobs value

Hi Fiverr’ss

Been a while since I’ve posted. This I can’t understand, customer (buyer) confirmed that they could not tip greater or equivalent of a job (gig) value. This sounds just stupid, why on Earth would Fiverr throttle tip amounts???
The job was not a $5 gig before you ask.

Tipping
Once an order is marked as complete and a positive review is left of three stars and above, you will have the option to leave a tip for the seller. The tip option will stay open for seven days after the order is complete.

Note: There are three tip options available, with one of the options allowing you to give a custom tip. You can also leave a message praising the seller’s work, or just to say “thanks”.

How much can I tip?

• The minimum amount is $5.
• For orders below $25, the tip can be up to $25.
• For orders above $25, the tip can be up to 100% of the price of the order.

Note: These limitations are in place to prevent fraud.
