Me and my husband both are working on fiverr as frelancer one in video editing catogery using google crome broswer and other in photo shop catogery using firefox. both account having different payment method different bank account.please guide me its fair or not ? can we use both account in one computer ?

Not at all. It will be considered as multiple accounts of the same person and it is against the TOS of Fiverr.
