Duplicate payment and no order

Hi,

I have tried to use my credit card 2 times and the payment was delivered on the bank side but Fiverr didn’t get it. I have paid 2 times for the same order with no order at all.

I’ve tried to open a ticket, but no one is answering (there’s no tchat or phone number !) - What is that company? I have spend more than $2k from the beginning! Come on!

It looks like this starts happening too Often here.

I know it’s inconvenient that they don’t have direct contact but if you placed a ticket they will reply to you in 24-48 hours and will solve it for you

That happened to one of my buyers. The problem correct itself in 2 days.

Due to the pandemic and the doubling of sellers in most niches, CS takes up to 10 days to respond.
