Level statistics

Hi, my self Rauf.
I used to make logos for my clients and as i started and when i was a new seller so i was getting good amount of orders, recently past month i’ve became level 1 seller and since last month i’am getting weird buyer request and they have just the budget of $5 . And i have got only 1 order in december so just want to know is it difficult to get orders at level one?
