Now, here is the thing, you started chatting with a buyer and you are not getting much from him/her. This happens especially when the buyer is not comfortable in English or simply there is a lack in his/her communication skill.
How to overcome this kind of situation.

Add some very specific/concrete questions in your Gig requirements. And tell him/her the customer "Definitely I would be more than happy to work with you on getting your project done. You are humbly requested to place the order and fill the questions’ answers in the GIG REQUIREMENTS section.

In this way you will get what the buyer want. I think there is no need to waste your precious time by useless discussions.

Could you use Google translate (in the buyer’s native language) to help?

So long as you put your conversation in English as well, you’d be covered.

Not ideal, but I’m sure your buyer would appreciate it. 🙂
