Will I be promoted to next level?

Everything is 100% except for compeletion rate. Will I be promoted to level 1 on evaluation happening on 15th dec.

Everything on your analytics page for levels needs to stay in the green until your evaluation time. If it is, you’ll be promoted sometime after evaluation. The numbers vary according to which stat it is, but if you are good, all the bars will be green in color like this:
