Why do the status show off line in profile

I’m in on line but shows off line in my profile but why ?

Log out and then login . OR remove all history and then login your acount.

Refresh your browser

Go to your profile image on the Fiverr main page and click settings

If that doesn’t work it is probably the recurrent problem affecting everyone from time to time.
