A Question For Web Designers/Developers

I was a writer when I first started selling on fiverr but switched to web designing sometimes ago. Since then, most of my messages have changed to the following
The name of the site is XXXXXX .com
Email: XXXXXX at gmail. com
Password: XXXXXXX

I know providing email is not allowed. But messages of most clients especially in web designing sector start that way. After writing my reply to the client, I see the message is being reviewed and will be sent upon approval and can take upto 24 hours.
How do you deal with this one? Do you wait until the message is approved?
