An offer disappear?

Alright so I was at the Buyer’s request section, getting some gigs and I sent 2 offers. After I reload the page, I noticed one of them disappeared and the other remained on the page? I’m just wondering if that tell me something like the offer that disappear is another way of saying the person declined for example…
Anyways if you haven’t realized, I’m new so lt this also be a way of getting to know each other!

Maybe the buyer removed it or the buyer has given the offer to another person.

For unleveled sellers, requests disappear/aren’t shown when they have had a specific number offers sent to them from unleveled sellers. It seems that one of the requests had probably reached that maximum but the other hasn’t.

I believe the request is held open until 10 sellers from each level level have made offers. Once the offer receives 10 offers from any one level it closes to that level.
