Gig completed but I did not get payment

Hello, I am new on Fiverr and also getting order but after delivery of work they did not complete offer, even not replying my message aslo what should i do.

If the buyer doesn’t respond after you’ve delivered, the Fiverr system waits three days from delivery and then automatically completes the gig. After that, there’s a 14-day waiting period before the funds (your payment) are made available.

In addition to what @calexharalson has said suggest you read the Terms of Service at the bottom of the Fiverr main page for the rules as to how Fiverr works.

If you delivered 3 orders that were actually ordered and show up on your Dashboard at https://www.fiverr.com/users/arunkumar685/seller_dashboard, they will autocomplete with or without the buyers help. After they autocomplete you will get paid in 14 days and the funds will show up under your Earnings tab at https://www.fiverr.com/users/arunkumar685/balance/sales. If you don’t have anything on your Dashboard or in your Earnings tab, that is a different issue.
