Sent my first offer to buyer. Please guide how much time it takes to accept offer. Do we get communication if the rejection happens

There is no time that it takes. Some buyers answer fast, some very slow and some do not answer. You don’t get communication unless a buyer chooses to contact you. Most of the time you will get no response.
