I am facing this error while sending buyer request.
" You must have at least 90% positive rating to make new offers! "

Your feedback rating is 4.4 = 88% - you need to have 90% or 4.5 so be able to reply to buyer requests.

Solution - more orders with 5 stars to get above the magic number.
