I find getting ahold of customer support cumbersome and ineffective !
I have submitted a request and it has been rejected but there is not any reason for such and I don’t have all day to play pick the picture, login, and get kicked out over and over!
I’ve had two experiences so far on Fiverr - one good and one cost me weeks and I had to get another person to complete it!
