November orders WAY down. 75% down from last year

My orders are way down this month after over a year of steady. No change in my account, and my stats have been better and better. Almost all of my stats (on-time, response, positive) are at 100%. I have a 99% positive rating.

Anyone else having the same problem. I’m down to a quarter of the orders I normally get in a month.
