Denied gig

I was planning to sell eBooks but my gig was DENIED. I received an email saying,

"Your gig potentially violates 3rd party copyrights or trademarks"



Will my gig still be denied even if I have FULL MASTER RESELL RIGHTS to the product?

I think you can refer to the Customer Support about this and may be you can try including the license details on your gig description so they will know it is a legitimate business
