Sales Tax in Washington State?

Are there any other freelancers here from Washington State? I’m trying to read through the sales tax WAC, and I can’t tell if the freelance work I do (mostly editing and proofreading) is exempt from sales tax or not. Or is it considered a “digital product” since I do everything digitally and send it back to the client? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
