Improve readability for those with disabilities?

I really suggest fiverr adjust their user friendly-ness for users that have sight disabilities or just really bad eye sight.

eg Some days are really bad for me so I have to use larger fonts and better contrasts to be able to see the text on the screen clearly.

Today is one of those days (and probably for the next couple of weeks or longer) that I have to do that, after doing so a lot of Fiverr (where I spend maybe 30% of my time on the internet or maybe more) just doesn’t layout right. Using a responsive layout might fix this issue but I just wanted to report it, I’ve attached a picture to show how horrible it is to deal with.

what about an audio readout function. does the narrator work for websites too.
