How do I deal with difficult clients?

I think the buyer just got on fiverr.
He ordered. I delivered , he left bad rating and fiverr later cancelled the order.
He later told me He didn’t check the delivery well enough that it was okay. But refused to reorder after getting the delivery free.

If it’s the review you got from 5 months ago, I’m afraid there isn’t much you can do about it.

Actually, he said to design some pages. I sent the ones I have completed to him. He never looked at them. I was waiting for reply and I kept texting and he did not reply till the time expired. He came online after the expiry and found the order marked.

Honestly, it’s 5 months ago, as @nikavoice said, please just move on.
