Well you have violated TOS by mentioning/requesting buyer to contact Customer Support to change the review. When your buyer gave you a 1 star review, then you should have moved on that time.. It happens! Sometimes it is better to take risk (less rating as it can be improved with more orders) than losing your account (by violating the rules).. It happened with me too that buyer gave me 1 star 2 months ago as he took me for someone else (other seller) but I did not do anything. In response, I clearly mentioned in the feedback that he has taken me for some other seller and then I moved on! Buyer said the same thing via Inbox that I am sorry for that. I said it's okay as I knew the rules very well so had to be precautious! P.S. We cannot help you in this regard! You did wrong! So only you can sort it out by contacting Customer Support!

Staying online for 12 hours is not gonna help you with anything else! I guess you are a SEO Expert then you might know the tips on how to get orders or rank your gig better? Work on your gigs! Turn on the Get Briefs feature and set the price (it's a tricky feature but there is no 100% guarantee that you will get the right job.. but eventually you might get the right one) You have added 1 image in your gigs gallery. Add 2 more images too (show your portfolio via it) Also, read the topics in the forum related to your query. There are tons of topics which might be helpful for you!

Why? Did you get any order by staying online for 24 hours? No. Right? Your last delivery was 2 months ago! Hence, it's proved that Staying Online 24 Hours is not gonna help you in getting orders!!

Is it possible to change the URL of your existing gig?

Once the gig is created, URL will be permanent. No matter how many times you change the title, URL will remain the same like the very first title you had.. So if you want to change the URL (means want the same URL like the gig title) so it is recommended to delete the old gig and create a new gig. Else there is no other way! -

Nothing is happening on Fiverr. You just have to work on your gigs i.e. You have added one gig image (gig gallery) so try to show your portfolio by adding images Work on your gig description as well You are a Social Media Manager so you better know how to improve impressions/clicks or how to get orders Turn on Get Briefs and set the price (though its a tricky feature) Do some research on your category first Most importantly: Your Gig Titles are So Confusing!

You have not done these things for your own gigs ever (I guess) because if you've then you'd be getting good impressions plus orders too. Your last delivery was 6 months ago and have 9 reviews so it would be better to not advise these to others unless you have experienced/done them for your own gigs! 🤦♀️

Hello too Just checked your profile. In 1 month, you got few negative feedback that might result in decreasing your impressions.. Plus I can see that you have been getting orders already! You need to work on delivering good/quality work to your buyers so that they can come back to you for more work (repeat clients).. P.S. I am just curious to know that did you really work for LinkedIn, Fiverr, Google, Amazon? 🤔

You might be given a negative private feedback from your clients... so on..

Hello Well you need to do a lot of research first regarding Fiverr that how it works or not. You need to change the primary image of your gig. Do not add your own photo as a gig image if you are offering logo design services. Focus on your product (logo) Need to work on gig description as well You have created a gig in the category which is highly competitive so do some research on it Make your gig more attractive in such a way that it attracts buyers You have not mentioned in your gig that which software you are gonna use for logo design Turn on Get Briefs feature and set the price.... and so on..

Reason is that your buyers did not click on the option to choose your work to be displayed in your portfolio (gig images with feedback). You cannot do anything in this regard. This option is only visible to buyers. Buyer has to click on the option before accepting the delivery!
