  1. The same happened with my. First, I was told by customer support that my account was flagged for a serious violation of location inconsistencies (while I've never traveled abroad). However, then I received a reply that the violation that entered your account into the Flagged Account status should no longer affect your account. Even my account status is active, as per the customer support, yet, the system has dropped my response rate to ZERO, and I'm not been able to send messages to my clients.
  2. Hi there, I have been working at Fiverr for over 5 years and have maintained integrity throughout my professional career as a content writer. My rating is 5.0, and I have NEVER got any negative reviews from my clients. Besides, my repeat buyer rate has been impressive, and I didn’t get any warning for policy violations. Yet, despite my hard work and dedication, I am being discriminated for unknown reasons. First, my response rate was dropped to ZERO, even though I have replied to all of my clients. Then, I was degraded to LEVEL 0 from LEVEL 1. Even the messages I was sending to my clients were stopped, which was quite embarrassing. Upon inquiring, I was told my account had been labeled as flagged for location violations. However, when I asked for specific instances that led to this decision, I received this reply. “I reviewed your account and saw that the violation that entered your account into the Flagged Account status should no longer affect your account. Therefore, I removed it for you. You should be able to see those changes on your account in the next 24 hours, and be eligible for the level system again.” Till now, over 15 days have passed. Yet, my account status is still not changed, and I am not been able to resume working. What should I do? Looking forward to a prompt response. Thanks
