Does anyone know if we are able to escalate our support tickets beyond the support representative who responds to our ticket? How do sellers politely ask for the issue to be escalated to someone of higher authority without putting a target on our backs for the indefinite future? Or do the support agents always have the final word/have all the power here? TIA

Hi, Everyone! Short and simple (I hope) issue... My Active Gigs page shows a discrepancy between the "Orders in Queue" (2) and "Orders" (1) fields. I cannot locate any information on this mysterious second order in my queue. Does anyone know is this is a glitch, or am I missing something obvious? Check out the screenshot. I uploaded my intro video this past Monday; right now, it's Friday night, and it still hasn't been approved. I'm guessing it's because the moderators love it so much, they just keep replaying it over and over... 😜

@frank_d I'm a new seller here and am curious to know if you've had any movement on creating an online workshop since this comment? It looks like there have been a ton of recent developments in the Fiverr-verse, but I haven't found much (aside from this comment of yours, thank you!) pertaining to new capabilities for us to organize a masterclass or workshop of my own on the platform. My name is Joseph, I'm a professional actor, singer, and vocal coach based out of New York City; I also produce major network television specials and musical concerts/tours all over the world for people like Ariana Grande, Andrea Bocelli, and American singer/actress Kristin Chenoweth (my main squeeze). I've been an enthusiastic proponent for using Fiverr services ever since I hired my first freelancer on a gig back in 2021, and I'm pumped to now stand beside you all as a fellow seller. I do have some ambitious ideas rolling around in my brain for some never-before-seen singing and performance-based gigs, so I know I'll be picking your brains here in the forum once I get my sea legs a bit. From only an initial peek into what this community forum has to offer, I can tell it's an incredibly valuable resource, and I look forward to our future collaborations using it. I have to be honest, joining Fiverr as a seller is a bit of a full-circle moment for me. I would have done anything to work with a New York City-based vocal coach when I was a kid learning to sing down in South Carolina, and now, thanks to Fiverr, I get to be the one to bring professional New York City musical training anywhere in the world (as long as there's a decent wifi signal... ha.). My resume could be filled with famous names and concert venues, but none of that is as important to me as empowering people around the world to use their voices and be heard.
