  1. On Saturday, my rating (success score) went down from 6 to 5. Today I went back up from 5 to 6. Two things might have caused it: 1) Fiverr changed the algorithm because from Saturday til now, I only delivered 2 orders, and nobody contacted me. 2) the magic of 1 excellent and extremely detailed 5-star review I received this morning.... I'm still guessing what might have caused it.
  2. But the fact that I cannot convert that conversation to an order should never affect my success score. No matter on online tools or not. I cannot understand 1 letter in Cyrillic so I don't want to fool buyers, I rather tell them upfront that I cannot do that, I don't trust online tools to that extent. But my point is, that conversations like that should not affect your success score.
  3. Excuse me. Croatian and cyrillic serbian is a world apart! And I can live wherever I want in the world, my gig offers Dutch to English or English to Dutch, if I would speak another language fluently I would offer that too, so I completely disagree with you
  4. Do you think it is an option to report every buyer that will never place an order? For example, I am offering Dutch - English translations and this week I got contacted by a few people who will never place an order: 1) People who ask me to give them work.... which I refuse to do because I can handle all my work 2) People that send me files in Serbian, Spanish,.... but I don't speak those languages.... I understood that converting conversations to orders is a key factor for your success score so that is why I am thinking how to handle that better.
  5. My score went from 6 to 5, I only have 1 gig, and I delivered at least 15 orders in the last 10 days , all more than 24 hours before the deadline (and even more); nobody asked for a revision, and the ones that gave me a review all gave me 5 stars.
  6. Yes turn it off, because this is not encouraging anybody. I am surprised so many people have issues like this and Fiverr considers all is normal....
  7. I agree, no motivation at all!!! So after 4 years and not even 1 negative review I barely score ˝average˝. I try to encourage every buyer to leave a review but some just don't do that. And how can it be my problem that not all messages are converted in orders? Some people contact multiple translators and then choose one....
  8. And probably you tried hard to maintain your score or even improve, right?
  9. Sorry to hear that. Seems that the algorithm is missing things. How is it possible that by improving things, like I did, we drop?
  10. The new system.... especially the success score is ruining all for me. I started at a 6 two weeks ago and today, I dropped to 5! In the last 2 weeks, I answered everybody, maintained communication throughout all the orders, had no cancellations, delivered everything on time and so on and on.... so I was presuming that my 6 would go up to a 7 so that I would be a level 2 seller, as I am already in the old scoring system but no the opposite happened and I dropped to 5! Conclusion for me: I read all about how to improve that score and I really did a lot of effort the past two weeks to do that so if I just continue as a do now I will only drop more? How can that be possible? To clarify I completed more than 1400 orders as a translator, had 38 cancellations in 4 years (none of the cancellations were even my fault but just people ordering the wrong language,....) so how is this possible? I really hope they will reconsider this success score. Is there anybody with a similar experience? And yes I contacted support about it but they said, our AI is doing its job and your scoring is correct.... but i feels so very wrong....
