Hello, I have a very similar issue. I was level 2 in the older system with all the indicators in green. With the new system, my success score is stuck to 4 and I'm now level 0. I tried to redesign my gigs, I got 5 stars orders, I recontacted older clients... and nothing works. I'm stuck at success score 4 and level 0. I contacted the support but they don't to try to help, they just send the link to the FAWQ... hat can I do, knowing that I'm going to loose the benefits of lvl 2 (number of gigs, promoted gigs...).
