2 days ago I got a notification that my order with the buyer had been cancelled, The order was placed for designing of mobile app. I have keep communicated during the order and updated him by sending designs as progress. I followed his instructions to modify the designs until his satisfaction and at the end he confirmed the design and allowed me to complete the order. then I delivered the order by attaching a zip file of all the designs in jpg format and figma link and he accepted the delivery manually. After some time he put a negative review on the feedback. when I asked him the reason and he told me that you had not sent me designs in the proper format, again I asked him in which format you wanted, he had no answer and stopped replying to me.
When I contacted customer support they told me that the buyer had filed a chargeback and we could not help in this case, I provided all the proof of work and sent an agreement that I and buyer agreed in the beginning but they refuse to help me and today they told me "please be advised that this order is not eligible for compensation"
What can I do now? what if every buyer files a chargeback and gets work for free? how can I get my money back?
