hey, so sorry to hear that man i agee with you and i am wondering why fiverr introduce a new system while the old one was working smoothly, now evryone has problems with the new system with one way or other, some face problems on success score that lead them to level demotion despite their greate performance and some are facing drop on sales just like me despite that i have 8 success score and a lot of 5 star rating but my sales has drop by 70% since 14 februry and things are getting worse, i think the descion you have make to stop offering your service will be evantually the descion of most sellers as the platform become unstable .

i can see that your are a new seller with 0 reviews, so you don't know this platforms as a seller who worked very hard for more than 5 years, and what you are saying about gig ranking and deranking , it happen but not with that way, also my gig still on the first on my niche as i didn't loose my rank but yet no new orders after the new system .

Now after a month and half since the realease of new system, still no new orders as it was before and the income has decreased, i am currantly getting orders from my repeat buyers and just few new buyers who alwayse purshase my basic package, i am literally not selling standard and premium package which is really weird, i don't undersand what changes happend with the new system and i am afraid that this situation will be permanent.

Yes promoted gigs also are not working , in the currant month i have spent arround 18$ and yet i didn't get any order

we have to wait untel the new system start running on 16 march and see if things will back normal as it was before.

I hope so otherwise it will be disaster if the new update push away sellers without any solide reason and make sellers who work very hard lose their income overnight .

i don't know if it has a relationship with the last update or any other thing but one thing is sure, i did never see a drop on orders that way during 5 years of work .

did anyone notice a drop on new orders, i am realy worry as i am not getting any new orders, i have completed mote than 720 orders, level two sellers sicne 2021 i have a lot of 5 starts, i didn't get any negative reviews recently, my success score is 7, but since 10 februry i have notice a drop on number of new orders, and now since 8 days i didn't get any new orders and that never happen to me before, is anyone facing the same ?
