It looks like the Fiverr website has gone into responsive mode for your browser from a small screen width. Try clicking the three lines on the left hand side, it should contain the rest of the navigation menu

Perhaps your buyer had an older version of windows/OS/Linux/Chrome OS. Have you tried testing your code on various different versions of both OS and the background processes required to run the code?

Sharing your gig on different social media platforms will help. But just being patient and getting good reviews should be enough to keep orders coming in 🙂
