  1. Hello there. So, for the last 5 days I have been back and forth with the same vague answers that do not make sense from multiple Fiverr support members. I am a drummer, offering recordings, transcriptions and lessons. I have 216 reviews and 214 are 5-stars. I never left a single client without responses, in fact I always deliver the same or next day even though I offer 3-4 delivery days. One of my gigs was Fiverr's Choice because I am pretty sure it was the best on its area - jazz brushes. Now it's not even discoverable, like every other gig. Being Level 2 approaching TRS, I have a SS of 4. FOUR. Every gig of mine has 4 with the most illogical reasons. Every member told me to ''do better'', ''exceed expectations'' etc etc. I have been doing exactly for 2 years and never left a buyer leave without their dope results. Almost every time I send an extra take from my side, without extra charge - to give my clients options. Client satisfaction - Negative Impact. What exactly is there that should take me to SS 4 and demote me to Level 0? I teach only 2 students from Fiverr - apparently my communications is not good with them so I get a....4. Based on what the new metric says, even though the communication between Me and My Students is clear for Me and My Students. After a lot of back and forth, a support member told me about ONE (1) order that I cancelled and the buyer was not satisfied. By the way, that buyer did not know what he wanted, he was not even sure if he wanted drums, told me to do what I want, I do something in a safe area (something mainstream) and out of the blue speaks fluently English and complains. I ask for clarity so I can re-record based on his needs, ''You are the expert, do whatever'' is the answer. I do not want to waste my time obviously so I cancelled, spoke with support and they were on my side. Now, this ONE situation was used against me, and caused me an SS of 4 on the best gig of its category? This is extremely shocking. And then they tell me to just be good and professional even though I am shadow banned and I get 0 traffic out of the blue.

  3. Dear people, Actually the sheet music and midi requirement is gone! I believe this is the main one that had to get fixed. That shows that fiverr support is there and ready to solve issues! Cheers!
  4. So, I have been talking with support for 3 days. Some did not understand the issue, some told me we can change category (which doesn't make sense for recording musicians to appear as something else) etc etc.. One thing I noticed in my dashboard is: it appears that the change aims to affect everyone. As a requirement, it shows that these changes need to be made by October 7th. From the moment I saw that, a very high number of sellers did the change. The same day before getting the notification, less than 50 sellers had the midi/sheet music. Later that day, 240 had it. Now, it is 732 gigs that offer that. However, I saw that most people continue as before and they simply do not send sheet music. After all, I never ever heard someone asking for a score of what a recording artist played. But it still does not look nice in any way because a buyer could at any point now demand that since it's included in the package. Let's see
  5. Hello dear people! I provide online drum lessons and drum recordings through Fiverr! Everything is great and Fiverr was super helpful with every issue. Since yesterday I am trying to just change my prices or my pricing system but it appears that Fiverr has new requirements. For example the basic package should be 30 seconds of recording time only even though I want to offer more seconds to make sense with my pricing system. But, my main concern is that I need to provide midi and sheet music through my basic package? Is there a way to just make my price updates like it used to be in the past? Recording with acoustic instruments has nothing to do with midi (unless I was recording with an e-drumset which is not the case) and creating sheet music should take twice and even more time than the actual recording 😅 P.S I also did not find any other seller having these points on their gigs.
