Hi all, I'm facing exactly your same problem and I would like to know if someone solved it. Everything changed to me when beginning of August I activated Fiverr Out Of Office feature because of my personal vacations and I kept it for 3 weeks. I was thinking this was a good idea since it is a FIVERR functionality. When I came back I switched on the online status and then ALL my GIGS (i have 10) disappeared from search engine, I cannot find my gigs anywhere and consequently I'm not receiving any impressions. Before my vacations I used for few days the promote functionality (receiving lots of orders) and now I see the message that the gig is not qualified for promotion due to quality issue. All my job dropped down now, it is 2 weeks that I came back and no orders. Someone can help me on this? I'm a level 1 with all 5stars review and everything fine about stats.
