I asked fiverr to review a seller and eventually I received reply from fiverr team saying "Upon further review, I can see that the user is no longer available on our Fiverr Platform." looks like the seller is still active on the platform when i check him through my other device. why does fiverr simply LIE and defend such unprofessional sellers?

this is what i asked "Hi, how long to deliver the premium plan ?" just one message.

I wanted to purchase some video editing sellers. Even without getting to know about my project this seller keeps blocking me. I have reported this unprofessional behaviour to fiverr team. am i doing something wrong ? are they allowed to behave like that ? thanks.
