    I got a message from Buyer. The seller has to respond within 24 hours, But the buyer has set his/her availability to unavailable due to which I can't respond. i can see the clock icon on chat, which is showing "respond with 19 hours". When I try to send an offer, just to stop the reverse times, Fiverr doesn't let me and shows me a message that "Contact Support". If I left it as it is, will it affect my response rate?
