I have been in the same situation since the new level system came, my level has remained at 4, I have 3000+ sales, I have been working on fiverr for 4 years. All my scores and statistics are 100 out of 100, but my level does not move in any way. likewise my gig rarely shows up in the categories, so I don't really know what to do. My customer count has dropped drastically and I'm really frustrated 😒

as I said, I have almost never received a low score for about 2 months and in general, all my customers are satisfied with the service I provide, I even earned a repeat busuniess badge in this process :slight_smile: but the succsess score has not moved even a gram T_T according to the information I learned from a friend, after the new level system, some sellers are managed manually, so some problems arise. But I don't know how true this information is.
