Hi fiverr team, please assist me as fiverr is the only way I earn a living. I have been on fiverr since 2020, but I became serious ending last year, all my gigs are doing fine, and am receiving orders and giving buyers the best, no cancellation no bad reviews. Some weeks ago, I'm invited to promote my gigs, after I clicked in promotion gigs, all my gigs went to back page. I'm sacred I have to turn it off, the second day, I couldn't find any of my gig in search results again. Now I couldn't activate promotd gigs again, says unqualified. I'm ABt to hit lvl 2, only one of my gig was promoted, but all my gigs were down.

Hey, I will advise u not to try to promte Ur gig, especially if Ur gig is doing well. Or u will be deranked totally, happened to me few days ago, till now I couldn't find my gigs in search.

Did you have same issue? And is it fixed within that period?

I off the promotion, and now it says unable to promote again, that it is disqualified

Hi, please help me, I am depressed, this is my full time job. I am doing very good, and making lots of money for fiverr. 3 days ago, I got a notification to promote my gig, I did, but immediately I did that, I noticed all my gigs went from first page to last page, not only the one I promotd. With this, I'm scared, I discontinued gig promotion. After doing this, waited for a day. I noticed my gig isn't in search results again. All my gigs aren't in search results again, and am always having 5 star reviews, please help me. I've been working since past 3 years, this shouldn't happen to me. Thanks
