Only if it's absolutely necessary to do the work (and only on the order page, after the order was placed and paid for). For example, if you're offering tutoring via S.kype, that information can be exchanged on the order page. If you're working on a Discord channel for a client, you might need to communicate there, so that would be ok.

    Thank you

How to promote gigs to get good results quickly.

Target the people who will buy your services and do gig marketing among the targeted community

Here are the points to address in your response:

I would say that you got a "mostly-positive" review. So first, focus on what the buyer liked. Was it the responsive design of your Wix page? Your quick turnaround? The features/functionality of the website? Mention those points first (especially your unique selling points).

Then address the buyer's concern by stating how you'll ensure that future buyers will get great experiences (not just 'OK' experiences): How will you improve your communication? Or make your services more clear? What can you do so your buyers will recommend your services to their friends?

@vickieitoThank you so much for your kind suggestion. I was looking for this. Again thank you

Glad you asked. I am illustrating that Fiverr is supposed to be an English speaking business platform, yet it suffers from a ton of people who are barely literate in English trying to fake it. You may want to run Grammarly on your profile and gigs as well, and certainly reconsider calling others stupid.  LOL.

Who are you? a by-born Englishmen. That's what you called literacy. Is Fiverr only for you? Or fiverr is an American product? There are tons of buyers who are not experts in English. So what do you do when a so-called illiterate buyer appears to you? Do you ignore them? I assume you do. Human is Human, not a robot like you.
