Hi everyone. I have been working on Fiverr nearly 5 years. I have completed more than 600 orders and only 15 canceled orders, dont know it's a good percentage or not but I think it;s good right? 😄

Here is the latest case I faced: I had a new client who placed a small order (15$ only) (including 1 revision). He was not satisfied with my delivery, I continued to support him till the 3rd revision, he said the 3rd delivery was ok, but then 5 mins later he said it's not ok again and wanted refund.

Of course I dont want being canceled, so I offered more revisions but he didnot want more revision. He said I can choose being canceled or being negatively rated. Normally I will agree to cancel the order, but in the past, I got so some time my gig not promoted, it means if I cancel it, maybe my gig will be not promoted again and harm the ranking. But if not, I will be negatively rated and my 5 star rating may fall down to 4.9, dont know which will harm my gig worse. What do you think in this case?

Thank you for reading this, have a nice day my friend.

That client might be a scam.. he may use your delivered product.. but did not want to pay.

Hi @digitron_! Welcome to the forum!

This means Fiverr is showing you in search results but you aren't attractive to buyers (low clicks) and your profile/gigs aren't convincing buyers to choose you. Instead, they are moving on to place orders with other sellers.

To increase your clicks, make your gig cards more attractive - factors influencing this includes your gig images, video, title, prices, seller level, and seller rating. I think you have too many words on your gig card. Buyers only have a few seconds to look at your gig card before deciding to click on it. You should only have 2-5 words that clearly describe your services. You don't need to write your sales pitch on your gig thumbnail because your buyers won't take the time to read the whole thing and your gig video already does this. I noticed that 3 of your 5 gigs have titles that can't be seen by the buyer (they are too long, so buyers will have to hover over your gig card to read the whole thing - they won't do this).

To convince your buyers to place orders, your gigs and profile need to be optimized for your target buyer. What would make them want to place an order with you? Remember, in order for your buyers to buy from you, they have to trust you. You do this by being honest about your abilities and the services that you can deliver.

Can your buyers trust you? Will you solve their problems?

Here are a few things you can work on:

Top Clients - For all of your clients, you are very vague on the projects that you do. This works against you and doesn't make you seem credible at all. For example, you listed Fiverr as a top client but said:

What exactly did you do for Fiverr? The more specific you are in describing the project the more credibility you'll have. Clients don't want to know how time and brain-consuming a project is. They will want to know exactly what you did to help your clients and how they benefited from your help. Also, remember that in order to list a client as a Top Client, you'll need to have their permission, so I suggest that you get these approvals in writing and keep copies of all your clients' approvals to list them as Top Clients. If you don't have your clients' approval, or they haven't purchased your services, don't list them as a top client.

English - You have this listed as Native/Bilingual, but your images, videos, FAQs, and gig descriptions suggest otherwise. If you list Native/Bilingual-level proficiency in English, you will need to correct the errors in your images, videos, and gig descriptions so that you can maintain credibility with your buyers.

Portfolio - It looks like you can strengthen your portfolio to showcase exactly what you achieve for your clients (use the portfolio and gig galleries to do that ...I would suggest even using two multi-page PDFs per gig). You have many years of experience and your portfolio should reflect that.

    Excellent reply..

I have created this account couple of year. But I just created those gigs March 1st, some 3rd and last one yesterday.

The One created yesterday is not showing on search results.

Others I have impression, some no clicks, some there are clicks but no order.

    Please why is this happening?

Wow... Excellent.your click through rate is awesome.. you will get orders soon.

But you did not show any link or picture so it is difficult for experienced seller to give you a good reply.

Why would you listen to anyone? Just choose and try for yourself. I will say as a rather old seller on the platform, if you want to know something you have to do it yourself. No one can guarantee any result because every seller has their own gig and stats. Some will do better than others, while there will also be people that don't see any difference.  If you want success, go through trial and error and see what works for you!

Yes you are right.. definitely some has to try himself to get an idea, what works.

But you also learn from others experience. We can not neglect it 100%. Instead we can do research and find a good solution and then implement it.. and study the results. If there is something wrong, again needs to find out point.

But it is not so easy.. it will take time. I hope things will work for me.

@donnovan86if you have any good , authentic and tried yourself thing to get orders, and rank gig.. do let me know. I will be waiting.

    Thanks.

Brief System Is Terrible for Buyers. I posted a job and received 2 very unsuitable offers instead of the 20 or so I can look through.  It is so bad I started posting my work on Upwork.

Not just for buyers, but also for sellers.. not a good upgrade from buyers request to breif system..

    Thanks for your valuable information.

Some one say that share your gig on social media to rak gig.. some say don't do that, because if you share gig and u get impressions but no order, then fiver will push back you gig..

So who is right and who is wrong.

Using a fake photo is against terms of service.

On the other hand, it was pretty smart of you to name yourself "pro_services000", that way when you get the inevitable ban that's coming to you, you can move to pro_services001, pro_services002, and so on.

If taking name like pro_services000 or any other words starting with Pro are illegal, then i think you should check first,. Switch on byuers mode, then click on search bar, then on the right side sellers, not gigs. Then write a word starting with Pro..

I hope you will see thousands of accounts starting with Pro.

I hope it will make you clear about selecting a name.

No, not everyone. Just sellers who have failed to make a single sale, and think that posting on the forum will magically bring them sales. And since they have no experience of their own to post about, they parrot what other unsuccessful sellers are saying.

By the way, you're not allowed to use a photo of someone else as your profile picture. I know that there are plenty of sellers who think that a stock photo of a white blonde woman will bring them sales (even though they're neither white nor women), but being honest about yourself and your skills is a much better long-term strategy (that is, if you do have skills that someone would want to pay for).

I think you do not know what copywrite free means.. there are thousands of pictures which can be used by anyone.   Even you might b using any gig title which was first used by someone else.

    So what then..

  11. So much material is available on internet saying that how to rank gig. Everyone

Every one says do this to rank gig, do that to rank gig. Add keywords in title,in description. But no one know it exactly i think.  No one has shown live proof of ranking a gig..
