      Hi @mds_soikot,

      Do you mean, what do you do if the client doesn't respond to you within the Fiverr order time?

      You can always reach out to Fiverr Customer Support if you have a non-responsive buyer. I have opened multiple tickets for non-responsive buyers and Customer Support has contacted them on my behalf so that they respond before the order expires.

      You can also use the Resolution Center to extend the delivery date of the order (due to the buyer not being responsive). The buyer will need to respond and accept your request in the Resolution Center (and that's where Customer Support can also come in handy).
