  1. I found the test quite difficult as well. However, I think the content of gigs is far more likely to affect buyers than the score on this single test.
  2. Fiverr is a global company, from the first paragraph of the Terms of Service it's primary company is from Israel: "The following terms of service (these "Terms of Service"), govern your access to and use of the Fiverr website and mobile application, including any content, functionality and services offered on or through www.fiverr.com or the Fiverr mobile application (the "Site") by Fiverr International Ltd. (8 Kaplan St. Tel Aviv 6473409, Israel) and its subsidiaries: Fiverr Inc. (38 Greene St. NY 10013, NY, USA) and Fiverr Limited (Lemesou 11, 2112 Nicosia, Cyprus), as applicable. Fiverr International Ltd. and its subsidiaries are collectively referred hereto as "Fiverr" "we" or "us" and “you” or “user” means you as an user of the Site." Also, yes they take 20% of tips, Fiverr makes more money when Buyers transfer more money on their platform, regardless of the reason of money transfer. 3. Hello All, I am in the process of drafting my gigs and maximizing all of my Active Gig Slots. I originally was thinking of tailoring all of my gigs to fall within the fitness genre as I am a Personal Trainer. However, due to some of the limitations of the TOS and how that might affect my ability to present certain legal documents to clients, I am also considering using my Gig slots on non-fitness related services. I own a couple of businesses and have skillsets that I could present in a few of the Fiverr categories. Suppose for a moment I am able to create 30 potential gigs, while I am currently limited to the 7 as a new seller. Would I be better off, in terms of building a reputable Fiverr profile (gaining levels), to pick 1 category and offer gigs in a manner likely to increase the Lifetime Value of a single customer by offering multiple Gigs likely to appeal to a single customer, or would I be better off to offer a few gigs in one category and the others in another category to capture the interest of a wider audience? Do you experienced sellers find it common or uncommon to have repeat buyers but from different gigs, or do you receive repeat business of a given customer only on the same gig over and over? For the sake of answering the questions in a manner that will be most helpful to me, please assume that I am able to deliver, in any given instance, with a high level of buyer satisfaction. Thank You
  4. Hello, I am a personal fitness trainer and trying to create gigs to integrate Fiverr with my business and skills sets while staying within the confines of the TOS. I have a Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Contract which I require my non-Fiverr clients to sign in consideration of me training them. If I am to offer a personalized fitness training gig through Fiverr I will need my Fiverr clients to review and sign such an agreement. I have mechanisms in place to have legal documents signed through third-party online document verification providers. I was thinking of having the Buyer submit a proof of signature as an attachment on the requirements page, but as far as I can tell to get to this point it will require me asking the buyer to navigate off-site, review the contract, sign, and upload proof of signature. I suspect some of these steps may violate TOS, but I am not certain they will if they are clearly defined through the Gig Description. To be clear, I believe, but I am not certain, the type of contract I am referencing is different than where the TOS states, "Users may not submit proposals or solicit parties introduced through Fiverr to contract, engage with, or pay outside of Fiverr." Do any of you have experience navigating similar circumstances on Fiverr? Do you have any suggestions how I might go about this situation?
  5. I would suggest to have the buyer reach out to customer support if they are not satisfied with the payment options or outcomes available to them. I would explain that you are not able to edit, alter, or otherwise affect these options for the customer and that fiverr has the ultimate control and say relative to the payment processors. Even if you determine what the G-XCHANGE Bank card is, a response along these lines should help to isolate in the customer's mind that this portion of the transaction is related to their experience with fiverr, rather than to their experience with you as a seller.
  6. Hello and welcome! This is a helpful link:
  7. Hello, I hold fitness certifications which I think might be a nice addition to display on my gigs under the gig>gallery>documents(pdf) section. However, I wish to redact some of the information for two reasons: 1. I am not comfortable displaying my full name on this website. 2. I do not wish to supply a document which could be so easily edited into a forgery. My question: Would it be better to add the document with portions redacted, or not add it at all? Do you think I should pursue a different option not presented above? Thank You
  8. Hello, I have observed that if I start a gig with a title, say, "I will test text" and then later edit the gig to something more useful like, "I will create X product", the permalink remains fiverr,com/category/etc/I-will-test-text and does not modify to fiverr,com/category/etc/I-will-create-X-product. Can anyone definitively point out to me how much affect this has? Is it worth recreating the gig so the permalink SEO is appropriate. If you would like some reference about what I am asking you can see: https://yoast.com/what-is-a-permalink/
  9. Hello, thanks for reply. The reason I was thinking of having almost identical gig descriptions, is I was wanting to offer essentially the same service but be able to capture the interest of potential customers who might be motivated by different scenarios, such as one person search on fiverr look to lose weight through exercise, while another through diet. Both gigs include the idea of exercise and diet, but I was thinking to categorize in both so as to capture both potential search signals.
  10. Hello, I am new to fiverr trying to learn to make good gigs to sell.
  11. Hello, I need help with 2 scenarios: Scenario 1: I am interested in posting 2 gigs which are very similar in nature. One would be under Lifestyle>Wellness>Meal Plans. The other would be under Lifestyle>Wellness>Workout Plans. Both gigs offer workout and meal planning. The pricing, descriptions, FAQs, requirements, and images are all nearly identical. Scenario 2: I am interested in posting 2 gigs which are very similar in nature. One would be under Lifestyle>Wellness>Fitness Lessons. The other would be under Lifestyle>Wellness>Workout Plans. Both gigs offer workout and meal planning. The pricing, descriptions, FAQs, requirements, and images are all nearly identical. I have seen in the forums that duplicate gigs are not allowed. I need help to understand if these scenarios would be allowed.
