Yes exactly my point .... Fiverr should make it possible to share my custom offer as well.....

Maybe I should give a concept I am trying to accomplish here as well , should I ?

There is an event going on in my country which I created a custom offer for... I am trying to know if there could be a way I could just share it directly with my citizens ....

Note; it is only for temporary time

Custom offers are directed at specific buyers. You would have to make your own ad for social media to tell people about your deals.

    Their skills and creativity

I find it difficult to realize how you will deduce that "at first glance"

Please stop blaming things on random "Fiverr updates". Updates are not an issue. Your ability to be a great seller, who appeals to your target customers is. Stop expecting things to happen to you. Get out there, and make them happen yourself.

Hi @jonbaas , Please I am not blaming any system. my message to sellers out there is not to ridicule them or blame the system as well. It is only for them to realize there is a good thing coming their way soon.

The Brief & Match system has already been launched and, like Fiverr's search, it favors sellers who deliver high quality and have good performance (regardless of seller level). It also takes into account the seller's gigs and categories, as well as pricing and availability. As long as you deliver great quality and keep your customers happy, you should be able to get most of your orders through search or repeat buyers. If needed, you can tap into Brief & Match or Promoted Gigs. I also get orders from happy clients who refer their friends to me.

Thanks so much @vickieito , I so much respect your reply. It provide answer to lot of questions

    I didn't.

Fiverr is not like other freelance platforms, and they clearly like it that way. Fiverr clearly has no intention of being like other platforms, and it is unwise of you to expect them to be. Embrace the uniqueness -- and extremely successful uniqueness, I might add -- and learn how to work within the systems of this platform, as Fiverr chooses to establish them to operate.

I am one of Fiverr's most established sellers. And, I can honestly say that I am glad that they are removing the BR section. It was a hotbed for misuse and spam. Fiverr is removing the BR feature, and replacing it with a new matching system that better fits Fiverr's unique business model.

They have chosen to take the path that they have chosen, and you will have to learn how to adapt to the change.

Well said , Yeah.... Been adaptive is my nature. Just curious about seller visibility nothing else.

Hope the matching system brings more visibility to seller.

I would have wanted to ask , on which algorithm will the matching system then work ? Base on gigs and their categories ? Base on skills test taken ? Base on level ? Base on successful job completed ? But I think I should reserve that till when they finally launch the matching system

Yep. 100%. You are a freelancer. YOU are 100% responsible for creating gigs that your target customers want/need to purchase.

Fiverr gigs are an independent/freelance busienss venture. If you don't want to be a businessman, then don't start a business.

    Please do not misquote me,

I have worked with several platform as well... They give room for seller to see available offers posted by buyer.

I understand they are trying to request spamming and fake buyer request, but is taking it off totally the best action?

Why can't they use an API that could regulate buyers and their request ?

I know several successful US sellers who work on Fiverr when most people in their time zones are sleeping because that is when their buyers are online. Then they sleep during other hours. Perhaps that is what you will have to do too.

I think that idea will also work , thanks....

It is possible because too many buyers post buyer requests that expect the sun, moon, and stars and only want to pay peanuts. Another reason buyer requests are going away is that too many sellers were spamming them by making posts that asked for work. Plus, some sellers applied to buyer requests that did not have the qualifications to do the job.

It is simple. Fiverr uses AI to send you briefs for work it thinks you are qualified to do. If you are not qualified in the area the buyer wants work done in; then you will not get a brief.

Sellers who applied to ten jobs a day even though they could not do the work are the reason for this. When I posted a buyer requests, I got dozens of unqualified sellers saying, "I can do it." But it was evident they could not.

At least with Buyer requests gone, there will be no more useless posts on the Fiverr Forum saying, "send ten buyers requests every day!"

Would buyer buying our gigs only be the option once buyer request has been remove?

For the few months I have joined this platform. I have noticed that Fiverr got a specific time they do release the Fiverr request for the sellers. Though, it might not be same experience for everyone due to country time zones. It's one of the reasons why most of us the new seller can't get offer from the buyers because most time buyer's do send me message during when I'm off to bed which makes me do loose an opportunity to get work.

Exactly my point .... If I may ask, what time zone are you in ? or maybe I should put make a new post that will completely help us understand buyer request released time comprehensively
