My Fiverr account is no longer profitable...last order was over 8 months ago. A problem that might make me leave the platform. It's very frustrating
In my early days on Fiverr, particularly in the first week, I received three orders and was extremely happy. Throughout the following six months, I consistently received orders and numerous messages. At that time, I was a student and not fully dedicated to the platform, but I still managed to fulfill orders.
However, suddenly, towards the end of my academic journey during final exams, I took a one-day break on Fiverr, fearing I might get an order during that crucial time. After that break, I returned to the platform and noticed a gradual but fast . decline in the visibility of my gigs and the messages I received from clients. There was a strange drop, almost 75%, in the visibility.
Despite this, I persisted. Now, over a year and a half later, I've barely received four or five orders. The issue is that I relied on Fiverr as my sole source of income. I've sent several messages to customer service regarding this impression down , but the responses have been about basic account maintenance tasks that I already routinely perform . like update titels and keywords and descrp . I appreciate the customer service team for their time and thank them.
i use fiverr promoted gigs and i get only 1 order after spen 70 $
What I'm trying to understand is how I can regain my previous standing. I used to be among the top, but now all my services are at the end of the last page. It's strange that I find others ranking higher in search results than me, even though they sometimes have no sales and seemingly no relevance to the search term ( nich or keyword ) . Does this mean I'm worse than them?
The sharp decline, the feeling of frustration, and seeing new sellers succeed while my visibility barely holds without decreasing are challenging for me.
After a brief search, I found something called "Fiverr Rotation," and it appears to exhibit similar symptoms, where old sellers are replaced with new ones to ensure equal opportunities. Does this mean the closure of my account and creating a new one? I believe that this would be a violation of the terms of service.
How can I make my account strong and effective and regain my momentum?
