Since he is nor reachable, I'm wondering if it's against fiverr'r rules to deliver one of those designs, waiting for him to return and confirm my choice or select another desighs among the ones provided.

Ahh okay so from lets say from the given choices, the project really is working on a specific one - in which what he would have chosen from the samples. So I assume you have sent the copy of the 20 samples?

You can request to extend the delivery time to about 7 days even (since Fiverr will count any days he doesn't respond) and he will have to accept it but just be clear to him that you will work on the chosen design right away after the response and approval of the delivery extension...

I would like to emphasize that I have fulfilled my responsibilities in completing the required work, and it is now the client's responsibility to confirm their preferred final design.

You already mentioned that you "completed" the order, what is the "required" work and what is stopping you from delivering it? Can you just not deliver what you have completed since from what I understand that is what is required and it will be on them to decide which one they want?

  3. Well, you're not forced to join in a video call. You can tell your buyer that you are not comfortable with a video call. Also, only sellers can initiate video calls.

    - You don't need to have perfect English skills to work on Fiverr, working proficiency would be fine. Understandably, if you're offering voice over or writing services, then you would have to shine a bit more than the rest. I don't think that should be a deterrent from having a video chat.

    - English accents don't really matter for most services, it would be such a boring world if everyone had the same accent. This is a global marketplace - it's acceptable to hear different accents. People who judge or make fun of accents probably have not travelled that much. Unless you are offering voiceover services and your actual voice on voice call do not match your samples, I don't think accents should be an issue.

    - The video calls are powered by Zoom. You can choose to keep the screen off and only the audio will be heard during the call.

    - Well, yes this is understandable. The video call does not randomly start, you set it similarly to a Zoom call. And you are in control if you want to set one or not.

What does the tooltip for calculating Repeat Business Score say?

"This score reflects how your repeat business compares to other sellers in your subcategory in the last 90 days, based on the factors shown on this page." 😄

Yes, I don't. I know what copyright free means.

Also you missed my point. I never said names can't start with Pro. It was a joke, because you're called pro_services000. Which is a dumb name. But has the advantage of, when you get banned, you can just move on to pro_services001, 002, etc. Again, it's a joke.

Welp, we've reached the point that we have to explain our jokes now. 😅

So these people with lots of orders in queue might be working as a team right?

Yes that is a common thing or they work very fast haha!

It's also possible that the delivery durations are long (custom offers can modify the duration of delivery beyond the one advertised on gig page) and still gets counted in the queue.

  7. It follows the moment the order was placed so if the 3 orders in queue were placed at the same time (lets say Jan 1 - 1:00 PM) all three of them need to be delivered by Jan 3 - 1:00 PM if the delivery time is 2 days. Delivery time countdown starts exactly the moment the order is placed regardless of how many orders were made ahead of it.

  8. I usually hover around 94-96, but to my surprise I finally got 100/100 just recently! It's not a big deal of course, but its nice to feel like you're doing something right. 😂

Tbh, I don't really do anything out of the ordinary to encourage repeat buyers. They just come back! I do appreciate the trust. 😁

I can imagine other categories would be a bit more challenging for "repeat" buyers - for example, logo design. It would be odd if the same business would change their logo every month or so. 😅

What's your experience on repeat buyers?

This appears to be the only way to get to my requests, which are now called briefs.  I can cancel from there.

Yes, its called "buyer briefs" now. I think that may be the only way to removing them for now. I haven't tried that feature as I've always preferred manually looking for sellers. I hope you do find someone who fits your needs!

  10. Refresh and edit your gig (gig description, image, etc). If you have clients outside of Fiverr you can give a promo (perhaps a freebie/extra service add-on) and ask them to purchase your gigs, this will help you get some sales. Fiverr prioritizes gig visibility to those who are making sales, and btw great that you did get some last year.

  11. Fiverr has a period where they give a boost to new gigs/sellers to help them get a sale, after that the opportunity is given to other new ones. Perhaps the period of your boost has already ended. Also there are a lot of people offering similar services, you will have to stand out given that they already have a track record and its understandable why most buyers would prefer to go with them.

I don't know its kinda clever way to ask for some work

Definitely not clever if it means getting your account banned. Also the way the person asked was of poor taste, directly with a "do you have any work to give me?"

  13. Seller Plus has a feature called keyword research. Read more here: https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/6533842204177-Keyword-research

I personally think its not so much the keyword but your overall gig presentation and your ability to make the sale. A lot of verticals are saturated and you can only do so much on keyword optimization. Fiverr isn't Google, it has a lot of other metrics on visibility.

  14. "Work I have done so far" - that means they aren't asking the complete work, maybe they just need proof that there is some progress.

Its either you can assure them that you can deliver by the deadline or you can attach a copy in the order page (and put a watermark if its relevant) of the work you did do.

Again, this all depends what kind of project this is. I don't think what the buyer is asking is wrong, just communicate properly.

My early payout disappeared too. I have no idea why. I don't owe Fiverr any money for promotions, etc, I complete my gigs on time with 100% 5 star ratings - I can't figure out why it disappeared. And the only response Fiverr seems to have is early payout is available to "eligible" sellers. No explanation as to what they consider "eligible" though. Very frustrating to not have any answers about this.

Its likely they are rolling it out only to Seller Plus Premium sellers.

    https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360017140717-Seller-Plusoverview

The Premium plan—available to eligible sellers—also includes Early Payout and a dedicated and personal Success Manager that provides personal guidance in your business journey.
