Tell them how your skills will help their site load faster, look stunning on any device, and ultimately pull in more sales. Tell the buyer what they'll get out of it, not what you put into it.

Valuable point. Explaining how to complete the task without describing yourself makes the client happier.

  2. That someone can become a top rated seller so quickly, would not have believed if I hadn't seen you. There are many who have been waiting for a long time after completing the requirements.

  3. I spent 2 days to read and understand the entire post. Since joining the community till today I have never read such a large post completely. (I finished part one too). I read the entire post part by part. I cannot explain what I learned from this post. I learned many unknown things that were never known before. Two things helped me a lot. (Use the Follow-Up Message function & Mention your Top Clients in the Gig Description & Portfolio). I don't know how to thank you.

    • Don't try closing the deal as soon as possible.

When starting, I was always trying to close the deal as soon as possible, to make sure the potential customer won't pivot to other seller. Don't do my mistake! Make sure you put a lot of emphasis on the briefing process, since (at least in my field of work) customer requests are very subjective. If you're talking about art (music and audio in my case), some customers will see as "perfect" something that you don't. Take your time and discuss every little detail to make sure you understand their vision before accepting the order. It's risky because you might loose the potential customer to another seller? Well, yes, but it's more important to make sure you deliver exactly what your customer needs, and not get stuck in a revision loop or get over the deadline with "last minute details". Remember that every action has a direct consequence on your ranking spot and your gig's traffic, so think twice before saying you got all you need to start working on the order.

I really like this point and it helps the client take a second look.

  7. When the new level system came, my success score was 5, after that, I completed many projects and got some good ratings, and my success score grew to 6, In one week I didn't complete any project nor get any rating, my success score automatically grows up 7.

Yes, it is possible, unless your phone is really old. That said, no one can help you with improving your camera skills unless we see a sample of what you've already tried.

For example, if you are trying to record under florescent lighting, the camera may not be able to capture decent footage due to exposure adjustment. Alternatively, if you're having trouble with the microphone, and can't get good sound quality, you could try recording with a second source that's closer to your mouth and then sync the audio to the video taken from the phone.

    Thank you so much.

I always make sure to have the best customer service and to decline jobs and/or clients that I know will give me trouble. I'm not very active on the forum so I don't think that counts,

I think the main point is this. Congratulations @ faymus
