  1. Every so often I recieve a message asking;

'Hi there Nice to meet you I need your help', 'hi', 'hello' etc. and then proceeding with 'do you want to earn the mo..ney out of here?' or contact me on Telegram / WhatsApp for more Information.

You can block or report the account already I believe, but another way for the sellers to easily get the account suspended/removed would be to simply to 'tag' @fiverr support into the message box.

This could send an alert straight to the monitoring team, which could then look to see if the account is a fake/bot/scammer

    Just an idea!

Would you prefer "Low quality seller"?  Since one has to deliver late, get bad reviews, cancel too many orders or not respond to buyers in a timely manner to get demoted, it seems they are being kind with that euphemism. Slowing sales reduces your visibility, but it does not get you demoted. You have to earn that.

You have missed the point here. The definition of 'New'  having recently come into existence. 'produced, introduced, or discovered recently or now for the first time; not existing before.'

The word 'New' needs to be changed as it is factually incorrect

One place where it does show the level to buyers is the level selection option under "seller details". It would be better if it was described more accurately. Maybe it could say "level 0" or "unlevelled" instead of "new seller".

Yes something like this. The actual definition of the term 'New' - having recently come into existence. 'produced, introduced, or discovered recently or now for the first time; not existing before.'

  4. Recently, I haven't been as active on Fiverr as I once was. I have received less orders and not getting much new work in so my seller level has dropped from level 2 to 'New Seller'.
'New Seller' status does not represent me at all. How can you call someone a 'New Seller' when I have clearly been on the platform for 4 years and been at level 2 for many years.
    This makes no sense.

I would like Fiverr to consider using another term for sellers like me that are clearly not 'New Sellers'

    Let's get this changed!

    1) Never read or understand what the buyer actually looking for.

This is definitely a great point to raise. I have just written my own post about it. It is almost pointless for sellers to send requests without reading and understand the buyers requirements. Also, as mentioned in this post, don't send offers for things that are almost impossible. 'Getting 1000 subscribers on a YouTube video for $5' explain to the buyer that this will take time and the cost will be xxx, they often appreciate the honesty and will be more drawn to you. The more time you take on the buyer, the more confidence you can build.

    Great tips, thank you!

  7. When we started off on Fiverr we were using Paypal but then found a much better way to receive our hard earned money.

    USE Payoneer.

Fiverr uses USD as it's default currency. If you withdraw different currencies from fiverr or paypal you will be given a very poor exchange rate. Here is how to solve this.

Set up a Payoneer account and withdraw your funds in USD from Fiverr. Payoneer only charge you $1 to do this.
Next if you are from the UK (not sure for other countries) set up a Transferwise account.

Send the Payoneer funds to your transferwise account.

Change your USD to GBP/Euro or any other currency you require at a VERY good rate saving you ALOT of money on exchange fees that paypal take.

This is by far the BEST way to save money hands down.

I hope this helps everyone who looses out when changing currencies!
