    Fiverr always support buyers more then sellers and according to fiverr policy after completing order buyer can also cancel the order and fiverr remove the funds from your account immediately . MY suggestion is try to contact your buyer and get the information about order cancel request or something else

    If you not getting orders or you gigs rank down so dont just wait when ever this happen always try to update the gigs on frequently times until it ranks again. Just dont copy your gigs try to find new idea and see other top sellers gigs

    I cant see your screen shots But I would like to assist you about that. If your order On Hold its mean you buyer place the order but not submit requirements. So In that case ask your Buyer to submit requirements or if you already know go to order page and start order there without waiting for requirements

    I am level 2 seller and I am very successful at fiverr . I just notice my gigs category change by fiverr and also add new things in gigs pricing and description so I recommend sellers to regularly check and update gigs
