    Hey Guys!

First post, now I would love to solve this long pending question that I am having for a while. Just to double check (might be a silly query but would love to get a solid clarification)

    1. Is it ok to use the fiverr app in 2 smartphones?

    2. Also I have office workstation and a laptop at home. As I never log out, can I use from both the PCs too?

As we don't want to keep the buyers waiting and to manage the time difference maybe my team can handle the queries at night time and me through out the day.

Yes absolutely very silly questions but to answer it you can use your fiverr account with as many devices as you any .

I have my account logged in on three different mobile phones

I just keep it on all the time. I don't care if I get an order at 2am on a sunday or 9am on a monday. I've set my daily budget to 50 (I rarely use anywhere near it) and my caps are all at automatic. I see no point in pausing it at night or weekends, since you're paying for clicks, not impressions, so you're only paying if someone actively clicks into your gig.

Thankyou , i have started using Promoted Gig feature now , and will update here after a month about the results 🙂

There could be many reasons not to use it. For example, if you already have as much business as you can handle, I wouldn't pay to get more. But marketing your business is an essential part of running it.

It makes no sense that Fiverr would punish users of promoted gigs with lower rankings. Rankings are based on your performance. As it happens, so are the results you can expect from using promoted gigs.

Fiverr still picks the best and most relevant gigs when they promote them, so if you have a gig that isn't performing well/you do a bad job on a project, this might cause Fiverr to ignore your gig, even if you promote it.

    I see it like this:

Great gig + promoted = algorithm says "yeeeeah🤌😍🤑"
Great gig + not promoted = algorithm says "yeah🤑"
Bad gig + promoted = algorithm says "meh🤢"
Bad gig + not promoted = algorithm says "ugh🤢"

This is very simplified, of course.

Yes, I'm actively using promoted gigs. My results vary each month. Some months, the algorithm really wants to promote my gig and I get tons of impressions, but not as many orders. Other times, the algorithm seems less likely to promote my gigs, and I don't get as many. One month, I earned almost the same as I spent on promoted gigs, the next I earned 20 x what I spent. I prefer to look at the results over time. So far this year, I've earned 10x what I've spent from Promoted Gigs. That's a good ROI in my opinion.

As my esteemed collegue, @donnovan86 pointed out, increasing your prices can cause fewer sales. That's not important though, as you should look at the total revenue per year, not number of orders. I'd rather have a single 2000 dollar order than 20 x 100 dollar orders.

    Absolutely it makes sense.

When i was using previously , i was using it like Mon - Fri 8AM-5PM US time. Do you think switching it On or Off can make an issue ?

I am going to start it now with my best performing gig . So far my buyer satisfaction rate has been exceptional.

Which "authentic" TRS and Pro sellers have told you not to use the promoted gigs feature? What exactly did they tell you? I've never seen a true professional who didn't invest in their business marketing.

If you've gained great results from promoted gigs, of course you should use it. It does not negatively impact your gig ranking.

When you see noobs telling you that they became invisible after losing access to promoted gigs or after stopping the feature, that has a very simple explanation: they a) lost rank due to bad performance, b) lost access to the promoted feature due to bad performance (or both) or c) they didn't perform well enough to have a good organic ranking in the first place and the promoted gig feature helped them achieve visibility that they otherwise wouldn't get.

    I'm a TRS. Authenic, even!

I loved the way you explained it , i too my self believe on this . But i have heard it from some renowned pro sellers from US even neglecting it.

May i know if you are personally using it as well ?

I am planning to start it from Today ? Just wanted someone who has experience it and has good results.

  5. Hi i am a Top Rated Seller on fiverr , and my gig is ranking on good position but still find less orders as compared to what i was generating previously.

My question is regarding Fiverr Promoted Gig feature on should i use this feature or not ? As i have heard from many authentic TRS and Pro sellers to not use this feature as it is unhealthy for your gigs rankings ?

I have used that in the past and pretty much enjoyed the results.

Pro and TRS Sellers , please share your honest opinion on that !
