This is not a gig rotation, it seems more like profile rotation, no matter how many gigs you make all of them would end up on the last page as if fiver does not want specific sellers to get orders no matter how well they perform. I am facing same issue since 30 days and if I create new gigs they end up on last page as well.

I’m facing this issue since 3rd march. still the same.
Some sellers added video to gigs and got some orders through buyer requests and after 1 week they were back, you can also try this i just added video and now waiting for old clients to give me orders.

@designerguysl @hamzachohan I am going to make these changes tomorrow. I talked to 3 sellers and have been following few others; their problem was solved after adding a video and making very minor changes in the title and description.

Fiverr is also trying to break some deal with search engines and social media giants for the promotion of gigs, maybe they are running test for now. I heard that from TOS.

Hi @krheate what happens when you have 100+ orders and 2-3 get cancelled, some of those cancelled order are in why client ordered by mistake, my gig is showing not promoted option from last 60 days it appeared for 1-2 days but again goes to last pages
Do you have only one gig lost or all of your gigs?

No , i am a new seller. My gigs were in the process of ranking but still i was getting orders. But the confusion is how come each (3) of my gigs that were ranking on the first 3 pages disappear like this.
well since al the gigs fell so it means your account is down so it will take some time and then get back

Perhaps you were using promoted gigs feature? That is causing problem. It will take some time but it will come back

Have you had a large amount of cancellations recently? Or late deliveries?
If your stats are lower, Fiverr probably took the feature away from you.
Fiverr has the rights to take away the Promoted Gigs feature from you at any time, so if something happened that lowered your quality or stats, then that’s probably why you’re unqualified. I hope this helps!

It’s not something that can be given to you. You have to be selected by Fiverr.
I was selected by fiverr and I used that option but 15-20 days after using this feature my gigs are no more promotable and unqualified. At the same time all my gigs are on last page of online sellers and even if i create new gigs they will remain on last page. I don’t know what to do now 😦

I was told by few sellers that they added a video to their gig and their ranking and promoted gigs option was restored. I might d that too as am facing this problem

i am waiting for level 2 so i can promote my gigs
I got the promoted gigs option right after I was promoted to level one, and al these sellers who used this option about promoted gigs are having this problem where not just one but all of their gigs are thrown to the last page. So we know nothing what is going on.

I am facing this issue as well.
I got the gig promotion option and they took it away 2 days later and now none of my gigs are visible on the first page they even lost their natural ranking.
Is there any way to fix this issue

many of those accounts which were chosen for this feature are facing this problem, we all tried to contact support team but they told us to keep doing the god work and it will be back soon. some sellers got it back in 10 days some got it in 30 days. you may look at above mentioned comments about how they tackled this issue. I also lost this and did not get it back yet it has been 15 days.

Hi Everyone,
i Am Facing this Issue as Well
Level 2 With 350+ Projects
All Of A Sudden When they Added 2 new Gigs into my Promotion Option all of my Gigs Went Unqualified and All of My Gigs Went Dead Can’t Even Find them on Last Page even if they were on the First Page all the time.
I have Contact Customer Service but didn’t Got any Clear answer just saying all is good it will take time etc…
It has been 13+ Days
If Anyone Of You Have Resolved it somehow Please Share with Us how we can resolve this

I talked about it to some other sellers, they said this feature comes back and gigs go back to their normal spot after some time, some of them got it back in 10 days some in 30 days and some got it in long time. If you have repeat buyers then provide quality services and it will be back to normal soon.

I was offered this feature to promote my gigs, I used that feature and got many orders but then one day i received notification that gigs cannot be promoted anymore. Does anyone know cause of this problem and how to solve it or how long does it take to get solved.
