  1. Hello, I have already contacted fiverr customer support. Shift manager was connected and she said the problem was in the system. She said they would inform me, but it has been 3 days and there is no news. When I contacted Payoneer customer support, they said that no payment was made to them and the problem was with Fiverr. Honestly, I'm the only victim here and I don't know what to do right now
  2. Hello, 2 days ago I requested a withdrawal from Fiverr to my payoneer account. I am a Top Rated seller. I haven't had any problems withdrawing money for 3 years, but the money has not been transferred to my Payoneer account for 2 days and it shows as In Process. I contacted Fiverr support twice but they kept me waiting for 2 days. They say that the problem is not with me and that they have forwarded it to the higher department. Has anything like this ever happened to you? I would be glad if you help. At least if my withdrawal request is cancelled, I think the problem will be solved when I try again. Thanks!
