  1. You cannot tell whether a buyer is a red or not without communicating. Have conversation with the buyer, and if you feel like he's asking for something that violates Fiverr's TOS, or trying to do any kind of scam, you can block them and report them to Fiverr.
  2. No, you cannot add them as they are not your clients. It's just that you contributed to an open-source project.
  3. It's good to have these tests cleared as it will have a good impact on your profile. It helps growing client's trust on you and your services. I think you can re-attempt them, so if in case you have failed, there is still a chance to clear it in the next attempt.
  4. Skill test is only mandatory for a specific skill set, not for all.
  5. it is kind of okay but never recommended. Why would you create two gigs with exactly the same service and information? Use 1 gig and offer pricing accordingly.
  6. Normally the portfolio option stays for a long time, unless your profile doesn't meet a specific criterion.
  7. Hi, fiverr provides Portfolio option to selected sellers only. It doesn't matter what level you are at. Some sellers get it on Level 1 while some don't get it even on Level 2. A similar question has already been asked here, you can also explore answers here: I hope this will help
  8. Create 7 gigs as it will increase your chances of getting an order. Make sure you write the description relevant to the skills you're offering. And make sure they're not very similar.
  9. If your account is disabled and you had funds, you'll get an option to withdraw them in 90 days. This is what fiverr says if an account is being disabled: 'If you have any funds available for withdrawal 90 days from now, you will get an email with instructions explaining how to withdraw.' You can go over this answer, I hope it will help:
  10. Hi, try to optimize your gigs. Use relevant keywords, keep your gigs description according to your skillset. Offer a fair price, and make sure you're offering quality services.
  11. Hi, make sure your gigs are well optimized and tags/keywords are relevant. Set a competitive price, that is slightly better than rest of your competition. Your communication has to be top-notch. Landing the first order is slightly difficult initially, but with proper efforts and dedication you'll get it in some time.
  12. A custom offer is an offer from the seller's side to the buyer based on their gigs/services. You have the option to choose the price, the number of days, and a few more parameters based on your gig.
  13. Hi, make sure you're offering a better price as compared to your competitors. And as your account has no orders (completely new), it can be a bit challenging in the beginning to get an order.
  14. There might be some technical issue. Try doing a hard refresh on your web page or try a different browser.
  15. It's always good to have multiple gigs for a new freelancer as it increases your chances of getting an order.
