  1. The artist biggest problem is being under contracted by the company when they couldn't get out. Yes, if you're contracted to create art for the company such Microsoft, Ubisoft, EA Games and so on. You're stuck with it until you're done or get fired. This is why I'm glad I never accept any contract. Or work under any company's sh**y policy.

No artist wanted to sign the contract. Of course, we artist are now finally have our own contract and the DMCA take down on DeviantArt against art thief who try to steal our art. I don't care if you're a writer, a video editor, an animator, a creative director, a film director, a game director or developer, a musician and a TV producer. I will take DMCA until my art was off from your products, book, YouTube channel, etc.

I only accepted commission on DeviantArt and Behance. If ask to sign contract, of course, I'm out. I can't sign contract and work under your company's policy when there is a discrimination and going on in the workplace. This is why I preferred to work as an independent freelance concept artist to start my own on Patreon, and not to be control by greedy company.
