  1. I have posted about this a few times in this forum and I will never get tired until they bring back the old seller level system. Please, please, GET RID OF THIS LEVEL SYSTEM!! It's making seller's life even more miserable. I almost reached Top Rated before this and because of this faulty system I'm back to Level 1. The cancellations in the past were not even my fault and they didn't care at all. And my new sales died! I'm currently just relying on my old buyers recurring orders. Also success score is a joke - it's not moving even a bit when I have already completed a few orders. It's very unclear when will we move to the next level. They said their purpose is to protect sellers from cancellation impact, but they didn't think on the other hand this will make small sellers stuck in the same level forever! Good for Top Rated sellers but bad for Level 1 and below! While i'm here, I also want to show another points to consider : - Cancellations were not always seller's fault. - Time Extension button is useless because seller will still count as late in their system when buyer's the one who didn't approve the extension on time. - How is the flaw in your system becomes seller's liability? Example in my case : If seller is counted as "late" in their system although have used time extension, buyer can still cancel the order anytime and seller will get nothing, not even a cent of compensation. Does Fiverr think we do this just for fun? What about people who are freelancing for life? Remember, No seller = No buyer. No seller = No money for Fiverr. So please take care of your sellers. Thanks.
  2. I was level 2 and got demoted to level 1 by this system. My sales died, only been getting orders from old buyers. Turns out it's because of cancellations that happened in the past. I have completed a few orders recently but my success score is not moving. So how long do I have to wait and work until the score increase? I hope anyone responsible in Fiverr read this. Do you know that Fiverr's algorithm sucks? Once there is a slight change in seller's profile (not just cancellation or bad rating, we CAN'T even edit out gig), the sales will die and we will be missing from the search page. In the previous level system, the sales will be dead for about two months. But in this system, I am afraid the sales will be dead for a longer time because the score is not moving at all. This system can make seller stuck in the same level for a long time. It's ok if we still get orders, but what if no order is coming? How long do we have to stuck in the same level? I like the percentage and monthly review better. At least it's clear when will we get to the next level. Remember, no seller = no buyer = no money for Fiverr. Thanks.
  3. I was demoted from level 2 to level 1 because of the new level system. The problem is my success score and it's because of some cancellations that happened in the past. I just recently completed some orders but the success score didn't move at all. Anyone knows when will our score improve? This new system is shitty tbh. My sales decreased to almost none because of this.
  4. Ffs Fiverr can you please stop with any updates 😩 do you realize that any slight change will mess up your algorithm and that will make seller miserable? I was level 2, the app dashboard shows that i'm still level 2 (weirdly the next evaluation date has not been updated?), but the desktop dashboard shows that I was downgraded to level 1. Wtf? I was getting a LOT (and even too much) of orders, and because of this downgrade my sales have been dying this month.
  5. I have been using Fiverr for 3 years and I was always satisfied with the resolution their got. But this time, I am very disappointed and I found that Fiverr's seller protection is very faulty. So after months of work with 2 extensions, half of the work is done, my buyer suddenly cancelled the order without any discussion with me. She never complained to me about anything, everything seemed work perfectly, so this was very sudden to me. And the reason of cancellation was about the overall satisfaction about the work (which was something that she could tell me earlier, the work was half done!). We were a bit busy, and also she was going back and forth making change to the work, that's why the work was a bit slow. I have discussed that with her before and she said she was fine with it, she was busy too. And so there was no complaint about time either. I emailed the customer support to ask if I can get some compensation (because I did half of the work), or at least my completion rate back. They said they can't do it because my order was marked as late, they can't prevent this to happen, the buyer had to accept time extension on time, and that I should not accept any order if I was busy. That is RIDICULOUS because if their system still mark an extended order as late, then the extension button is useless. If the buyer cannot accept the extension on time, that is also NOT my fault. And hell did they know how many new inquiries that I have rejected while working on that order? I would say tons. Let's say I am late, but does that mean the buyer can freely scam the seller that are using time extensions? With this flaw in their system, basically buyer can cancel anytime they want, walk away with half of the work done for free, while the seller got nothing but level demotion and a huge waste of time and energy, for something that is not completely our fault. I hope they improve their timer system and their seller protection.
