I did absolutely nothing, I just waited and tried to promote my gigs outside of Fiverr ( but not sure if this was effective).

Why My Fiverr Promoted Gig Unqualified? What Gigs can be promoted? You are a Level 1, Level 2, or Top Rated or Pro seller. Your Gig scores are 4.7 in the public rating. Your Gig has at least 20 reviews. Pro Gigs require only 5 reviews. You meet additional quality metrics. Hello everybody, Fiverr unqualified my promoted gig. My first 1,2,3 requirement is just fine . So perhaps my gig got unqualified because of the number four about quality, right?! I need to mention that right after my gig got unqualified for promotion and it got disappeared from fiverr(has not been found even in the last page) Fiverr gave me pro qualified badge …. So for sure it is not about quality so what is the matter here? my impression is near zero 😭😭😭

I am facing same issue but had no bad reviews, the funny part is I am unqualified for promting my Gig at the same time they gave me pro Qualified badge… but disappeared from Fiverr! does anyone know what to do?
