Why My Fiverr Promoted Gig Unqualified?

What Gigs can be promoted?

  1. You are a Level 1, Level 2, or Top Rated or Pro seller.
  2. Your Gig scores are 4.7 in the public rating.
  3. Your Gig has at least 20 reviews. Pro Gigs require only 5 reviews.
  4. You meet additional quality metrics.


Hello everybody,
Fiverr unqualified my promoted gig. My first 1,2,3 requirement is just fine . So perhaps my gig got unqualified because of the number four about quality, right?!
I need to mention that right after my gig got unqualified for promotion and it got disappeared from fiverr(has not been found even in the last page) Fiverr gave me pro qualified badge ….  So for sure it is not about quality

so what is the matter here? 
my impression is near zero 😭😭😭

I assume one or more of your clients ended up leaving a bad private review. Some people leave a pretty good or ok review publicly, but privately they can rate way different. That's why I am not a fan of private reviews myself, because despite not having anything less than great reviews for the past 4 months or 5, I was still put down by private reviews...

If this is your first time with "Unqualified Promoted Gig", Then wait for a month or a week, and I experience this situation multiple times. It's natural.

What should I do to make this problem never happen again? I think we need to answer this question

Hi 

I am facing the same problem, I am a level 1 seller but suddenly My gigs disappeared from fiverr, I can't even find my gigs on fiverr last page, fiverr told me it may be removed from fiverr search feature may I know how did you solve this problem Please?

Good luck🤞🤞!! It was your waiting result, I think. I have faced this problem 3-4 times since getting the gig promotion option. But in my case, it took 1 - 1.5 or 2 months each time to qualify again

My worst experience with this is whenever promoted gigs qualify. Then all the gigs are given down. As a result, clicks and impressions become very bad. And gigs can't be found even by searching for specific keywords. I think this causes the whole profile to be turned around on the down position😢

I think Fiverr needs to update this system
